PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING PROJECT: ANARKALI BEST VIEW
SITUATED AT PLOT # FL-1, SECTOR 5-L, NORTH KARACHI
It is hereby informed to the general public that M/s Taj Mahal Construction Company had applied for issuance of Sale & Advertisement NOC for the project "ANARKALI BEST VIEW" on plot # FL-1, Sector 5-L, North Karachi on 14-02-2011 in Design Section, S.B.C.A. After Completing the requirements of chapter 5 of KB & TPR & obtaining legal opinion from legal Section, S.B.C.A., Sale & Advertisement NOC for the above-mentioned project was issued vide letter # SBCA/DD(D-1)/2256/Adv-587/2013, dated 13-09-2013, with the approval of competent Authority. Since a period of about two years was passed between submission of the case & issuance of NOC after fulfillment of requisite formalities, there is remarkable increase in cost of material & labour which was not taken into account by the builder at the time of issuance of
NOC.
Now the builder has therefore applied for revised Sale & Advertisement NOC along with revised rates of different units & submitted an undertaking that no booking / sale has been made as yet. Any person or department having any objecting on the issuance of Revised Sale & Advertisement NOC with revised unit price in respect of the project "ANARKALI BEST VIEW" on the above-mentioned plot should submit their objections to Director (Design), 4th Floor, S.B.C.A Head Quarters, Civic center annexe Building, Gulshan-e-lqbal, Karachi, within 07 days from the publication of this notice, otherwise no objection will be entertained after expiry of the specified period, & the process of issuance of Revised sale & Advertisement NOC will be completed as per rules.

Al-Mustafa Tower Block 7 F.B.Area a 7 stories high apartment where I am residing is facing great problems. The building has been designed to tease the resident as it has no ventilation for back side dwellers. There is ducts where no body can enter and resolve their problems of sewerage or water lines. Mezzanine floor having 6 flats is on rent which is also totally illegal construction. The sewerage line from top to 1st Floor is coming downward straight and the same lines have been moved as zig zag into the floor of the mezzanine floor that is why almost each flat has a sewer kind of leakage problem. The apartment is very high rise and a pant house has even been built on the roof and given to someone which is also illegal.
ReplyDeleteThe reason is stated that we, the owner has admitted and given in writing that the roof top has been surrendered to the builder but we claim that there is not written that anyone can occupy the roof top and live on that in pant house. The way to repair and maintenance purpose of lift has been cordon off and we can not repair the lift until and unless permitted by the pent house resident. All valves of the overhead tank has been taken inside the pent house and we can not repair the same if needed until and unless permitted. Quarrel between the owner or tenant and the illegal occupant is off and on. We need to resolve the issue at once and forever.
