Terms & Conditions: • Original CNIC is compulsory at the time of Inspection/Auction. • Successful party/bidder shall deposit 25% payment of sale value on the spot through pay order in the name of "Siemens Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd.". If the successful party/bidder fails to pay the full amount within one (1) week, from the date of auction, then the security deposit will be forfeited. • Possession of all the items will be handed over only after full payment is made in the form of pay order. Successful party/bidder will be responsible for all cost and expenses for lifting of items. • The security deposit shall be refunded to the successful party/bidder, in full, if the Management decided not to handover or unable to handover the possession of above mentioned items to the successful partylbidder within the prescribed period. • Successful party/bidder shall pay all related taxesiduties in line with existing government policies. • The Management reserves the right to reject/accept any bid Otto cancel the auction or subsequent bidding/auction process at any stage and time without assigning any reason and the decision of the Management will be final and cannot be challenged without recourse to any action.
