TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from the firms registered with General Sales Tax Department for the procurement of following items of Liveries / Uniforms for Staff of the Chief Ministers Office :- 1. Shalwar i Damees 2. Waist Coat 3. Jinnah Cap 4. Socks 5. Shoes Tender Forms can be obtained from the Cashier Chief Ministers Office, 08-Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore at cost of Rs.5001- (Rupees Five Hundred only), non-refundable, during the office hours.
Tenders will be received upto 28.01.2014 at 11.00 a.m. and shall be opened on the same day at 11.30 a.m. in the 0/0 Section Officer (Admn), Chief Ministers Office, 08-Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore in the presence of all the bidders or their representatives.
Each firm shall supply one sample of each item along-with its tender which must be in accordance with the approved samples which can be seen on any working day during office hours.
Earnest money worth Rs.50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) h the shape of call deposit in the name of Section Officer (Admn), Chief Ministers Office, Punjab, Lahore be attached with the tender. The offer received without earnest mon ey will not be considered.
Incomplete/conditional tenders shall be rejected forthwith.
The authority reserves the right to cancel any one or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
