Assignment Title: Services For The Provision Of Transport Facilitation On As And When Required Basis. Reference No. RSU/Proc./Car Rental/Activity-09/2014 The Education Department, Government of Sindh has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Education Reform Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (ithe Servicesi) include. Provision of Transportation Services across Sindh, coordination for travel arrangements etc. The detailed ToRs are placed on the website of the agency (http://www.procurementrsu.com) The Reform Support Unit now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The short listing criteria are:

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bankis Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants (under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants) by World Bank Borrowers January 2011 °Consultant Guidelinesi), setting forth the World Bankis policy on conflict of interest. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the COS method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
