TENDER NOTICE FOR SEALED BIDS OF OUT DOOR ADVERTISEMENT MATERIAL 2014-2015
Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), a not for profit company invites/ requests sealed tenders / proposals for rate contract (for 1 year i.e. March, 2014-March, 2015), from tax registered and experienced outdoor advertisement material providers for the provision of Outdoor Advertisement Material. The outdoor advertisement material providers fulfilling criteria may participate in the bidding process. Complete organizational hierarchy and working site, which will be visited by evaluation team of PSDF. Minimum 05 years of experience of providing outdoor advertisement material business, preferably with government / semi government / autonomous bodies. Currently working with at least 03 clients handling same nature of contractual job. Having turnover of 20 million annually. GST and Income Tax registered company. The service providers obtain details, terms & conditions and advertisement as well from PSDF website www.psdf.org.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. > The sealed bids (marked bid title on envelope) along with CDR must be delivered to CEO, PSDF, House No. 125 Abu-Bakar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore till 215' February, 2014 before 10:30 am and will be publically opened on same day i.e. on 21,I February, 2014 at 11:00 am in the conference room PSDF Lahore Office, in the presence of the interested bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. > PSDF will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids. > All prices must be quoted in Pak. Rupees and should include any taxes applicable. My subsequent change in tax regime would be adjusted accordingly. > For further clarification, please contact Assistant Manager Procurement on the address and contact detail provided below. > The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason.
