The blank tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned, during office hours after 1st day of published in newspapers up to 20-01-2014 on payment of the tender fee, specified against each work. 1. The tenders will be received back and opened on 21-1-2014, in case the undersigned is out of head quarter, the next dates of issue & opening will Sedate 03-02-2014 and 04-02-2014 respectively. 2. Details of Qualifications are as under. i) The registration certificate from Pakistan Engineering Council should be available for the year 2013. Equal to tender cost mentioned with concerned nature of work. The firm posses the Six-data of Engineer and Technical Staff. iii) Documentary proof for previous works done and ongoing works along with satisfactory certificate from concerned Department. iv) List of ongoing works along with cost and copy of letter of award. v) Documentary proof and ownership of available Machinery and T&P along with certificate including Bank statement, according to eligible credit. 3. Registration (NTN Certificate) from Income Tax Department including CNIC. 4. Affidavit in which firm undertakes that it is not involved in litigation. 5. The earnest money specified should be pledged in the name of undersigned in shape of Call deposit from any recognized bank or receipt Treasury Challan and must be attached with bids, otherwise bids will not be considered. 6. Contractor should not be black listed from any agency/department. 7. Affidavit in which it should be undertaken that the above information is true and correct. 8.
