Price Quotation for Purchase of Air Conditioning Units We shall be obliged if you let us have your lowest quotation for the supply of five Nos.

Split Type Air Conditioners (LS or equivalent) having capacity of 2 tons: Terms and Conditions: 1. All government taxes are applicable. 2. Copies of NTN/NIC/Bank Account No etdGST registration certificate if any must be attached with the quotation. 3. 2% earnest money of total bid in the form of pay order or demand draft must be attached with the quotation. 4. Price quoted should be valid for 120 days. 5. Tenders received after the due date will not be entertained. 6. PTV reserves the right to reject any or all bids and grounds of rejection will be communicated to the parties if desired but there will be no binding to justify these grounds. 7. Delivery is to be done at PTV Headquarters Office Islamabad. Offer enclosed in the envelop should be addressed to Controller Audit, Chairman Senior Tender Committee, Federal TV Complex, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad and must reach in the office on or before 12.02.2014 at 11:00 A.M. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders/agents who may like to attend. The envelope should clearly mention "Offer for 2 ton Split AC Units".
