No. Dated: /2014 Subject:- SHOW CAUSE CUM-PERSONAL HEARING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7(B) READ WITH SECTION 5(1) (A) AND SECTION 13(4) OF THE PUNJAB EMPLOYEES EFFICIENCY, DISCIPLINEANDACCOUNTABILITYACT. 2006. 1. WHEREAS, You, Mr. Muhammad Akhtar Yasin (Tracer), Chak Tajoo Mohar, Post Office Basir Pur, Depalpur Okara being absent from duty were directed by the Executive Engineer Provincial Highway Division Sahiwal vide his letters No. 329/M, dated 24-12-2012, No 622/M, dated 16-03-2013, No 643/M, dated 30-03- 2013 and No.41/M, dated 31-07-2013 to resume the duty, but neither you resumed your duty nor intimated the concerned office regarding your willful absence from duty. A show cause notice was served upon you by the undersigned at your available residential address vide this office memo No.2390/CS, dated 06.11.2013, but no response has been received from your end and are still willfully absent from duty w.e.f 26-11-2012 to date. 2. NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me as competent authority under Section 13(4) of Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act 2006, you are hereby provided a last opportunity and served upon a final show cause cum-personal hearing notice through wide publicity in the press to resume your duty immediately and also appear before the undersigned for personal hearing as well as to explain your reasons regarding willful absence from Govt duty within 14-days after publication of this show cause notice, failing which it will be presumed that you are not interested to resume your duty and also have no defence to offer and your case will be decided ex-parte and you will be liable to be imposed one or more penalties including dismissal from service as prescribed under Section-4 oftheAct ibid.
