PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE PROVINCIAL BUILDING CIRCLE RAWALPINDI
Applications are invited from reputed specialized Firms/Contractors who are on the approved list of Punjab Buildings Department and have got their names registered renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council and Communication and Works Department for the year 2013-2014 for pre-qualification for tendering for the following works:-

The interested contractors/firms are required to submit following information /documents duly pa,ge marked and indexed (in duplicate) to the office of the undersigned so as to teeth by 1723014 king office hours. Name and full postal address and partnership dad of the contractors/firms with power of attorney in favour of person authorized. 2. Year of Establishment of the fine supported by certificate from the Registrar of firms. 3. Name and paniculars of specialized firms to be associated. 4. List of cases pending in Arbitration /litigation if any. 5. Certificate of registration from Pakistan Engineering Council Islamabad in the relevant category for the current calendar year (duly attested by the First Class Officer). 6. Copy of annum:a/Renewal for the year 2013 .2014 with CAW Department in the relevant category. 7. IS of complete permanent business management staff, Finance Management staff and Engineering/technical staff (such as Graduate Engineers, Sub Engineers. Surveyor /Draftsman etc) with their complete Bio Data ire experience and proof of stay with the firm. S. List of equipment and machinery especially suitable to the type and volume of this project with its No.fMake/Moddeondition and location along with the proof of ownership of machinery. 9. Detail of similar projects costing more than or equal to the cost of the projects completed by the contractor/firm giving location, approximate cost, time taken for completion duly supported with certificate from Client Department. 10. List of projects handled during last throe years giving their location, approximatecost time allowed / taken for completion duly supported with certificate from Client Department I!. Performance certificate from the Executive Engineer/Client under whom the works have been executed during last flute years and certificate to theeffect that funds for dre works were not lapsed I surrendered due to slow progress of connate: during last three years In case of non production of this certificate, the applications are liable to hen:jetted. 12. Detail of work in band indicating name of Client Department Consultant, scope of work complete/payments received up to date by the Contractors/ Firms. 13. Authentk proof of financial position such as Bank Statement of previous one year. 14. Total assets, work capital and liabilities duly certified. 15. Income tax registration certificate. 16. Any further particulars of the firm which the fum wish to furnish may also be attached. 17. Exh booklet should be duly page nuked and ink for each content be proviled at the first page. 18. The applications booklas without LAtx and page marking are liable to be rejected. Po:qualification application shall be evaluated on the basis of planning and Development Department criteria (or pre-qualification. The ok related information required in this regard should also be provided. Any further information/detail in this connection may be obtained from the office of the undersigned or Executive Engineer Provincial Building Division Rawalpindi on any working day or ftan website of Government of the Punjab. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited through letters on their posted address to submit tenders.
