HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES FOR PIA COCKPIT CREW AT LAHORE
Sealed bids are invited from renowned hotels in Lahore for providing hotel accommodation to PIA Cockpit Crew as per PIA flights schedule for a period of two years and extendable for another term of two years with reference to Tender Terms and Conditions. Request For Proposal (RFP) containing Tender Schedule and other related documents, as entailed in PPRA Rules for Single Stage Two Envelopes Mode, can be downloaded from www.piac.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk Sealed tenders should be dropped in the tender box marked as Tender Box (Commercial Purchases) placed at the entrance of PIA Procurement & Logistics Building near PIA Head Office, Terminal-1, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi latest by January 27, 2014 at 1100 Hrs PST. Sealed tenders may also be sent via courier/post to Chief Pilot, Planning & Scheduling Flight Operations Building, near PIA Head Office , Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, which must reach well before the closing date and time as mentioned above. Tenders will be opened on the same day/date at 1130 Hrs PST in presence of bidders who wish to attend the proceedings.
