TENDER NOTICE (3rd Time)
Sealed tenders based on MRS 2013 / item rates (B0(2) for the below mentioned work are hereby invited from the approved contractors of Public Health Engineering. Department who have deposited their Annual Renewal Fee for the Financial Year 2013-14, so as to reach in this office up to 12:00 noon on the date mentioned below. 1. Tender form shall only be issued to the approved / registered contractors of PHE department and also registered with PEC in relevant category (specialization code CE-09) in person. 2. Tender will be issued just after the publication of this notice in newspapers up to one clay before the opening date on cash payment. 3. Tenders will be opened on prescribed date at 1:00 p.m in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives who care to be present. 4. Conditional and incomplete tenders shall not be accepted. 5. The contractor shall quote his rates both in figures and words. 6. Development of source / intake works and reservoir shall be completed before the distribution network. 7. The contractor quoting 10% below or lower, shall have to deposit an additional amount equal to 8% of the whole cost within seven days failing which 2% earnest money shall be forfeited in favor of government and the contractor will have no right for this claim. 8. The pipe and special will be accepted only of the approved manufacturers of the deptt: and such pipe must have Monogram! ISO certificate. 9. The application shall accompany the following documents:-
• Earnest money in the shape of deposit at call. photocopy. • Enlistment Order with PHE deptt. photocopy. • Registration of PEC (Code-09). photocopy. • Computerized National Identity Card. photocopy.
10. The validity period of the tender shall be 90 days.
