Quotation must be addressed to Controller Audit, Chairman Senior Tender Committee PTV Headquarters, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad.. 2. 2% Eanest Money of Total Value (Refundable) in the shape of Pay Order may be enclosed with the Quotation. 3. Quotation must be dropped in the Tender Box placed at Main Gate, PTV-HQRs on or before 17-02-2014 which will be opened on the same date at 11.00 a.m in presence of bidders. 4. Quotation must be valid for 60 days from the date of opening the tender. 5. Sales Tax and Income Tax Numbers be indicated. 6. On acceptance of quotation supplies will be taken in one lot and not piece meal on the date as given in the purchase order. 7. NO EXTENSION of time in supply of goods will be allowed. 8. Delivery of the material at CES PTV-HQrs will be at supplier risk & cost
