PTV intend to purchase and install the items mentioned below through a company/ firm / contractor having experience in lift maintenance/ overhauling work if you will let us have your lowest rates for the supply of the following specification:- S.No. Description/Specification of Goods Unit Estimated Qty. Closing of 02 Nos pits of lift size (1900mm x1900mm) Jobs 02 At a distance of 6feet below ground floor with material detail below:- a)H-section gider dimension 8inch x 4inch, total length required 28feet for both pits. b)Angle iron L-section dimension 3inch x 3inch. Thickness 5mm, total length required 56feets for both pits. c) 02 Nos steel sheet size (6.5x6.5) sq feet, thickness 4mm. d)Fixing 04 Nos hydraulic buffer. 02 Nos in each pits. (Lifts can be inspected/ seen at any time during office hours from 9am to 5 pm) The quotation/bid is to be submitted under the following terms and conditions: 1. Quotation must be addressed to Controller Audit, Chairman Senior Tender Committee PTV Headquarters, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. 2. 2% Earnest Money of Total Value (Refundable) in the shape of Pay Order may be enclosed with the Quotation. 3. Warranty of the material may also be ensured for 06 months after delivery. 4. Quotation must be dropped in the Tender Box placed at Main Gate, PTV-HQRs on or 27.01,2014_ which will be opened on the sarne date at 1200. an in presence of bidders. 5. Quotation must be valid for 60 days from the date of opening the tender. 6. Sales Tax and Income Tax Numbers be indicated. 7. On acceptance of quotation supplies will be taken in one lot and not piece meal on the date as given in the purchase order. 8. NO EXTENSION of time in supply of goods will be allowed. 9. Delivery of the material at CES PTV-HQrs will be at supplier risk & cost.
