CLOSURE OF SHARE TRANSFER BOOKS AND DECLARATION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR 2013-14 The Cornpany is pleased to inform its shareholders that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on January 22. 2014. has declared Interirn Cash Dividend of Rs. 20.00 per share i.e. 200%. The Share transfer Books of the Company will be closed from February 07. 2014 to February 14. 2014 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at registered office of the Company. by the close of business on February 06. 2014 will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transferees. FACILITY FOR PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND 2013-14 THROUGH BANK ACCOUNT A shareholder is empower. under section 250 of the Companies Ordinance. 1984. to advise the cornpany to pay dividend directly to hislher bank account through mandate instruction. The shareholders who desire payment of their interim cash dividend 2013.14 by directly crediting their bank accounts are requested to submit their mandate instruction to the Company Secretary. The Dividend Mandate Form is available at Company's website www.pakoil.com.pk. CDC account holders are requested to submit their mandate instruction to CDC/ relevant member stock exchange. SUBMISSION OF COMPUTERIZED NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD FOR PAYMENT OF INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND 2013-14 The Shareholders who have not yet sent their Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) are requested to send copy of valid CNIC latest by February 06. 2014. Please note that it is mandatory to insert the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number on each dividend warrant. Members are also requested to promptly notify the Company of any change in their address.
