Terms and Condifons: 1. Lot at S.No. 44 (SUR/817113) is held at PNS AKRAM at Jabl-e-Nooh GWADAR. All interested parfies must bring her original CNIC for inspection of used oil on 13 Jan '14 between 0830 to 1400 hrs. The lot will be auctioned on 16 Jan '14 at PNDD. During the visit of PN unit lighter, match box, cell phone, laptops and any kind of ammunition will not be allowed. 2. All bidders are to reach at PNDD on auction day (16 Jan '14) before 1000 hrs. Bidders will be entered through Main Gate at NSSD. Auction will start at 1030 hrs without wait for any bidder even if any individual is at the entrance of Main Gate at NSSD. Terms and conditions of auction will be announced/ read at the start of the auction by MIS Pakistan Auction Mart. 3. "Ground Cleaning Charges" will be taken by PNDD on the fall of hammer. Amount & Lot No. will be announced with terms and conditions. The same can be refund if ground occupied by the lot is cleared upto the satisfaction of CO PNDD. In case of non/partial compliance, the cleaning charges of ground will be deducted/deprived from "Ground Cleaning Charges" on the expense of successful bidder. 4. Unserviceable oil will be sold to parties having valid license (fo- refining) issued by Govt. of Pakistan. The individual bidding for oil has to produce Govt. license, Authority letter of the company that "individual having this letter is authorized to bid" and CNIC No. be mentioned. All the three documents duly attested by class-1 officer are to be produced before start of bidding. In case documents are found invalid at any stage even after the auction, the amount deposited by the bidder will be confiscated. 5. Personnel not in possession of CNIC (in original) will not be allowed to enter in the Depot. Mobile phone/ammunition in any kind is not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited. 6. Bidders are to thoroughly inspect/evaluate the lots (Weight/Quantity etc) including vehicles (Engine No. & Chassis No.) on 16 Jan '14 from 0830 to 1030 hrs. Fully satisfy themselves before bidding in the auction. After acceptance of bid no objection in any kind will be entertained by the Pakistan Navy. 7. Successful bidders will deposit 25% cash of the accepted bid to the auctioneer on the fall of hammer. Remaining 75% of amount is to be deposited in SOP within 05 working days. All taxes on all the lots be deposited in NBP before removal 01 101. Both the amounts are to be deposited through Auctioneer. After obtaining Deliver Order (DO) from the Auctioneer, successful bidders to collect the lot within 15 working days starting from the date of auction, failing which ground rent/penalties will be applicable. Extension in both aforesaid times will not be granted. Welding/Cutting at PNDD will not be allowed. 8. PN Disposal Depot will remove the PS number plate at the time of delivery) from PS vehicles. After collection of the vehicles, bidders/purchasers are not authorized to use PS number plates in civil (in any case) nor allow to any other person to do so. Nor will they use colour scheme relevant with armed forces. The auction documents of vehicle are to be collected along with vehicle. Bidders should apply for new civil registration within 30 days under intimation to PNDD. Bidders are to ensure completion of registration formalities within 60 days after which verification & documents received through ETO may not be verified. 9. Any objection on any lot can be considered during the auction. After acceptance of bid no objection in any kind will be entertained. The Commanding Officer PS Disposal Depot reserves the rights to reject any or all the bids even highest bid, without assigning any reason thereof hers also authorized to not offer any lot even mentioned in Newspaper, he can also merge 2 or more lots for offer in the auction.
