MAIN SPONSORSHIP RIGHTS, ASSOCIATE SPONSORSHIP RIGHTS (4NO.S), RED CARPET SPONSORSHIP RIGHTS, ENTERTAINMENT SPONSORSHIP RIGHTS & DINNER SPONSORSHIP RIGHTS FOR THE 2ND ANNUAL PCB AWARDS Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites bids from interested parties for acquiring Main Sponsorship Rights, Associate Sponsorship Rights (4No.$), Red Carpet Sponsorship Rights, Entertainment Sponsorship Rights and Dinner Sponsorship Rights for the 2nd Annual PCB Awards, scheduled to be held in the first week of March 2014. TERMS & CONDITIONS  a. Bid Documents may be acquired on working days during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from the Finance Department on payment of Rs. 110001- (Non-refundable and Non-adjustable) in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order favoring the "Pakistan Cricket Board". b. Sealed bids should also consist Pay Orders/Demand Drafts amounting to 5% of the bid amount as bid security in favour of the Pakistan Cricket Board, which should reach the Pakistan Cricket Board, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on or before 27th January, 2014 by 10:00 am. A sealed Bid Box is placed at the premises. c. Technical and financial proposals in respect of the Rights on before as defined in the Bid Documents, should be submitted in the mannerset forth in the Bid Documents. d. The Technical Proposals will be opened on 27th January, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. e. The Financial Proposals will be opened on 27th January, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. f. Only the technically qualified bidders will be allowed to participate further in the process. The financial bids of the disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. g.
