TENDER NOTICE
FOR GROUP LIFE / DISABILITY INSURANCE / TERMINAL ILLNESS BENEFITS AND GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE 1. National Logistics Cell requires the services of well reputed Insurance Companies to quote rates for the coverage of Group Life / Disability Insurance I Terminal Illness Benefits and Medical Insurance (Including OPD facilities) of NLC employees for a period of one year (further extendable) by submitting sealed and duly marked envelopes for both or any of the two proposals as under :- Proposal-1 (Group Life / Disability Insurance Services / Terminal Illness Benefits) (Envelope-1) - Technical Proposal (Envelope-2) - Financial Proposal Proposal-2 (Group Medical Insurance Services) (Envelope-1) - Technical Proposal (Envelope-2) - Financial Proposal 2. The firm will have to deposit Earnest Money amounting to Rs, 1,000,000/-(Refundable) in the Envelope-1 (Technical Proposal) for any of the two proposals. failing which the tender will not be entertained/accepted. 3. Tender Documents can be collected from HQ NLC, R.A Bazar, Rawalpindi Gate No. 7 before 26th January 2014, between 08:00 am to 3:30 pm except Saturdays and Sundays on deposit of Rs. 1,000/- as tender fee (Non refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft in favour of OIC NLC, GHQ Rawalpindi. Financial bids of only pre-qualifying firms shall be opened in presence of authorized representatives on date / time as intimated by HQ NLC. 4. NLC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals or the process of hiring of the services without giving any notice. 5. The Sealed Envelopes / Proposals must reach by post / OCS only, in the name of Director Human Resource, Headquarters National Logistics Cell, GHQ R.A Bazar Rawalpindi, Gate No. 7, OR may be submitted by hand by the firm's authorized representatives latest by 14:00 hours on 26th January 2014.
