NOTICE OF ADMISSION GENERATION LICENCE APPLICATION OF MUNTAHA POWER (PVT) LIMITED (MPPL)
All stakeholders, interested/affected persons and the general public are notified that the Authority has admitted the Application of MPPL for consideration of grant of Generation Licence for its proposed Hydro Power Project.
Brief of prospectus including salient features of the application of MPPL are asunder:-
1. Introduction of Applicant MPPL is a Private Limited Company incorporated in Pakistan under section 32 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984) on April 27, 2010 vide Corporate Universal Identification No. 0072335. The Business Office of the company is located at Suite 5, Akbar Paradise, Block-10-A, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Gulshan-e-lqbal, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. According to its Memorandum and Articles of Association, the objects of the company, inter alto, include electric power generation and its sale. 2. Plant Details
