SITUATION VACANT
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering & Technology (MNS-UET), Molten is an initiative of the Government of the Punjab to provide quality education in the fields of engineering and technology particularly in the region of southern Punjab. Initially, the University has started its administrative and academic activities through University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore on the premises of Government College of Technology Multan since October 2012.
Applications are invited for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor on contract basis from the Punjab domiciled Pakistanis in the following disciplines at MNS-UET, Multan:- a) Electrical Engineering b) Civil Engineering c) Mechanical Engineering d) Chemical Engineering Eligibility Criteria is available on the University website (www.uet.edu.pk) and HEC website (www.hec.gov.pk).
General Information:
1. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory. 2. AGE LIMIT (relaxable in suitable cases) (1) Professor: Not more than 45 years (2) Associate Professor: Not more than 40 years (3)Assistant Professor: not more than 30 years. 3 The Selection Board will consider all applications received and when necessary interview such candidates as it consider prime-facie most suitable for appointment. The decision of Selection Board in this regard shall be final. 4. Application forms can be downloaded from the website of UET Lahore (www.uet.edu.pk) and can also be obtained from Treasurer's Office, UET Lahore, on payment of Rs.10/- in University Account No.553 with M/s. HBL, UET Branch, Lahore. Applications on prescribed form, completed in all respects, along with necessary documents which must contain full academic record/transcripts of each examination and Postal Order or Bank Draft/Bank Challan HBL, UET Branch of the value given below in favour of Treasurer, UET, Lahore University. should reach the Registrar, University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore on or before 15-02-2014 through proper channel, where-ever necessary:-
