Mr. Muhammad Hussain SIB Haji Karim (2) Mrs. Nafisa Bano, (3) Mr Shahid and (4) Mr. Faizan, wife and sons of Mr. Muhammad Hussain (the Owners) for purchase of property viz: Show-Room No. 7 and 8 (comer side) admeasuring 2705 square feet on Ground Floor and premises admeasuring 2705 square feet on Mezzanine floor, total admeasuring .10 sq. feet, in the Building known as "DHEDHI BUSINESS AVENUE" constructed on commercial Plot bearing No. E-2, Survey Sheet No. 35, facing main Estate Avenue Road, Business Artery, situated at SITE, adjacent to Shershah , Karachi alongwith proportionate undivided share in the above said plot together with fixture and fittings installed therein,
free from all encumbrances, interest, demands and claims. Any person, Company, Bank, Firrn Financial Institution or Department having any objection, clairn, right, charge or interest whatsoever that may be on the above said property or any portion thereof must notify the same to the undersigned with documentary proof in person or through registered A.D. Post or Courier within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this Notice.
