Our client is contracting to purchase immovable, leasehold demolished open residential Plot of land bearing No. 38/1, adrneasuring 1000 square yards situated on B-611' Street, Phase V, (Survey 26), Pakistan Defence Officers' Housing Authority, Karachi from Mrs. Amna Irian Moton, wife of Mr. Muhammad Irian Motan, holding C.N.1.C. No. 42301-8832392- 6, resident of House No. 50/1, 18th Street, Khayaban-e-Badban, Phase V, Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi free from all encumbrances, liabilities, litigations, claims, liens, mortgages, charges, disputes and outstanding dues or objection of whatsoever nature, with transfer of title and delivery of vacant and peaceful possesSion. Any person or persons, banks and financial institutions, Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Society Limited, Military Estates Offices and Clifton Cantonment Board Karachi having any objections, claims, rights, titles, charges, liens, litigations, mortgages, interests or disputes with regard to sale/purchase of the aforesaid property should notify the same in writing to the undersigned along with documentary evidence within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice failing which the sale/purchase/transfer of the said property shall ge completed in favor of our client.
