RECRUITMENT OF DIRECTOR LAW
Applications are invited from suitable candidates on market- based salary for following post on contract basis: Sr. No. POST QUAUFICATION EXPERIENCE MAXIMUM SALARY (per month) Age Limit 1. Director Law BA. LLB . years and above experience as practicing advocate of High Court OR 15 years experience as Sr. Law Officer in public sector organization OR Retd. Additional & Session Judge Rs. 150,000/- (Salary offer will be negotiatde and will be dependent on qualification and experience). 40,5 Years , INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preference shall be given to the candidates having higher qualification and experience in relevant field. 2. In service employees are also eligible to apply. They will be, however, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract appointment. 3. Employees of the Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should submit their applications through proper channel and must produce NOC issued by their employer at the time of interview. 4. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and no TA/DA shall be paid. 5. Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab. 6. Submission of application will in no way confer any right upon the applicant to be called for interview. 7. Suitability of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of his academics, experience in the relevant field and interview. 8. The decision of the interview panel regarding selection of a candidate will be final and non-challengeable. 9. Candidates shall present original documents, along with the set of attested copies of all the relevant documents, at the time of interview. 10.
