What are my responsibilities? • Implementation and Execution of PMP (Performance Management Process) • Implementation of Talent Management Guidelines • Ensure feedback culture by implementing feedback instruments • Ensure systematic competency development for all other employees • Support the recurrent application of Siemens Global Engagement Survey in Pakistan, providing support in interpreting results and derive necessary measures (e.g. workshops, training etc.) • Succession Management • Talent Management • Drive diversity initiative in coordination with Lead Country, Local Management & Diversity Ambassador
What do I need to qualify for this job? • Experience of working in HR Development or HR Generalist Function • Experience of planning and executing small HR projects • Experience of guiding others to achieve process results and experience of ad-vising management in related processes • Experience of working with different cultures
What else do I need to know?
• Knowledge of Performance Management Process • Knowledge of Competency Management and talent management process • Presentation Skills • Knowledge of using HR Development IT system • Ability to analyze information and prepare statistics and report • Fluent in English • Project planning skills (preferably)
