TENDER NOTICE.
I. Irrigation Department Khanwah Canal Division DCC Depalpur invites sealed Tenders in terms of PPRA Rules-2009 on the basis of approved input rates of Finance Department MRS B-1 annual period items rates basis for the following mentioned works from the approved contractors of irrigation Department who have paid their enlistment fee for the current financial year 2013-14. 2. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Executive Engineer, Khanwah Canal Division DCC Depalpur Canal Division during office hours on payment of tender fee (Non refundable) upto 1 1.02.2014j on submission of supported copy of enlistment / renewal orders for the year 2013-14, receipt of payment of enlistment / renewal fee, along with professional tax, authority letter on contractor / firm pad, contractor / managing partner NIC .1 registered power of Attorney. The tenders will be received / opened by the tender opening committee on 12.02.2014 at 11:00 A.M in presence of contactors / authorized representatives. 3. Earnest money @ 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of deposit at call from the schedule Banks in favour of the Executive Engineer, Khanwah Canal Division DCC Depalpur must accompany the tender. 4. Detail of estimated works specifications drawings / design can be seen in the office of the Executive Engineer, Khanwah Canal Division DCC Depalpur on any working day. 5. The work will be executed according to the drawings / design and specifications approved by the competent authority and payment will be made in Pak rupees subject to the clearance of works by the 3'd party Monitoring Consultants and any other committee constituted by Government 6. The acceptance of Tenders rests with the competent authority who does not bind himself to accept the lowest tender. 7. In case the tender amount is less than 5% of the approved estimated amount, the lowest bidder will have to deposit additional performance security as per Notification vide FD No: RO (Tech) FD/ 1 - 2/2010 dated: 04.09.2012 prescribed therein. 8. ln case of any dispute the case will be referred to Superintending Engineer, the competent authority whose decision will be final and binding on the both parties. 9. Acceptance letter will be issued on availability offunds. Time limits from Sr. No.1 to 34 is 30 Days
