International Resources Group (IRG) (the Purchaser), a USAID Contractor under the Power Distribution Program in Pakistan is issuing this RFP to qualified contractors/firms/suppliers to obtain competitive Proposals/Bids for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System including Meter Data Collection (MDC) Software, End User Reporting Interface, AMR Meters with Communication Services and Computer Hardware with Data Connectivity on Turnkey basis in Pakistan. Interested firms/suppliers/authorized agents may visit our website: http://www.pdip.pk/rfq and download the RFP. Interested eligible firms/suppliers/authorized agents with the requisite competencies may submit their Proposals/bids up to 05:00 P.M. Pakistan Standard Time (PST) on or before February 28, 2014. IRG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals/bids without assigning any reasons or waive off any conditions herein, or decrease/increase quantities required.
