1. Sealed quotation/bid (s) are invited from GST and NTN registered manufacturers/suppliers/authorized agents of repute for supply of the following items on FOR basis:

Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained through written request on any working day from 1100 hrs to 1300 hrs or can be downloaded fromIST website 3. The bids are required to be delivered at 1ST Islamabad latest by 1,30 hours on the tender submission date. The offer (s) will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day in presence of suppliers who desire to attend. Offers received late will not be entertained. 4. The bids should be submitted along with Bid Bond / Earnest Money through PO/DD in favor ofIST equal to an amount of 2% of the overall bid value as required in tender documents. Earnest Money in the shape of cheque will not be acceptable. 5. Price quoted should be firm and final, inclusive of all taxes, Sales Tax etc. Bidders should note that if, during the currency of contract and Tax or Duties etc. are levied by the Government it would be the responsibility of the firm. 6. If for any reason the office remains closed on the date of opening of the tenders, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place. 7. The firms declared as blacklisted by any Government Agency are not eligible for participation in Tender. 8. Those firms are not eligible to participate in the tender whose deliveries of stores are pending/ delayed for five months or more or their previous performance is not satisfactory, against any 1ST purchase order. 9.
