I NOTICE INVITING TENDERS FOR DISTRIBUTION MATERIAL
1 Sealed tenders are invited from PEPCO / WAPDA / DISCO's pre-qualified & Registered manufacturers for the fiscal year 2013-141 for supply of following material conforming to latest VVAPDA / PEPCO's approved specifications / drawings. on the rates in local currency (valid for 120-days) without involving any foreign exchange element on the basis of free delivery to consignee's Store (F.C.S basis) at regional Store HESCO Hyderabad & Nawabshah, exclusive of GST as detailed below:-

Tender forms including terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Sr. Manager (MM) HESCO Hyderabad against non-refundable amount to Rs.1,000/- per tender on any working day during office hours There will be no sale of tender documents / forms on tender opening date. The tender shall remain open for acceptance for 120 days from the tender opening date and must be accompanied by bid Security equal to 2% amount of offered material valid for 150 days (One Hundred & Fifty Days) in shape of Call Deposit Receipt / Pay order / Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of Chief Executive Officer HESCO. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Security will not be accepted. All bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened. Bids will be received in the office of Sr. Manager (MM) HESCO Hyderabad up to the date & time given above and shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to be present. HESCO may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, HESCO shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals. but is not required to justify those grounds. NOTE: Tender documents will be issued only to those firms who will produce registration / Prequalifcation Certificate from P&D PEPCO / DISCOs & Sales tax Registration Certificate. company profile etc: ii. prices should be firm & final on FCS basis without involving foreign exchange. iii. Material should confirm to relevant VVAPDA / PEPCO specifications. iv. HESCO reserves the right to increase / decrease the quantities as per requirement. V.
