TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed registered tenders are invited for purchases of PYRO OIL at following Locations on FOR basis:-

2. Submission and opening of tenders as per above mentioned schedule in HQ Enginers NLC Sowan Camp Rawalpindi in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (having valid authority letter). 3. Tender documents can be obtained from HQ Engrs NLC Sowan Camp Rawalpindi at the cost of Rs.200/- in shape of Bank Draft in favour of OIC NLC GHQ Rawalpindi. 4. Bid must include rate for supply at above locations including all taxes/duties. Offer validity 120 days with no negotiation. Delivery within 7 days from date of receipt of demand. 5. Following must be provided otherwise offer can be rejected:- a. Tender fee (non refundable) Rs.1000/- and earnest money (refundable) 02% of the bid value in the shape of bank draft in favour of OIC NLC, GHQ Rawalpindi. b. Sample /tech brochure and specification of the items. c. Performance bond 05 % from successful bidder at the time of award of contract. d. Warrantee/Guarantee as per Tender documents. 6.
