HEC invites quotations on F.O.R. basis for supply of the following:

Tender documents can be purchased from HEC Hattar on payment of Rs.1,000/- Per Tender in cash or DD for Rs.1,100.00 (inclusive of courier charges) issued by BOK/MCB/NBP or HBL in favour of Heavy Electrical Complex. The DD may be drawn on BOK/MCB/NBP or HBL Hadar Branches. The bids must be accompanied by a bid money @02% of the total bid value in shape of Bank Guarantee/DD (Cheques are not acceptable). No tender documents will be issued on the date of opening of tender. However tender documents can be purchased up to 20.01.2014. Quotations must reach HEC before 1330 Hrs on the due date, which will be opened in public @ 1400 Hrs on the same day. Tender is available on http://mm.ppra.org.pk website. Interested parties may contact HEC at given address. Time period for performance of contract is 30 days. HEC reserves the right to scrap the tenderlreject or accept any/all bids.
