Pre-Qualification of Contractor cum Consultant
The Green View Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Adjacent Kot Abdul Malik Interchange, Lahore — Islamabad Motorway, Lahore, invites applications for pre-qualification of Contractor cum Consultant for Sui Gas Services for its project "Lahore Motorway City". Application must be supported with following documents:- 1 . Name, permanent address, Telephone/ Fax No. 2. Partnership Deed! Articles of Association in case of company/Limited firms, with Power of Attorney. 3. Experience of projects executed during last 10 years. 4. Income Tax Registration Certificate. 5. Certificates of Registration with Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd. 6. List of Litigation cases if any between the contractor/ z firm and client/department in respect of any of the projects mentioned in g point 3 above. 7. Any other documents or information which is considered 2 (t necessary for pre-qualification. Applications be sent by 20th January 2014. Note:-Client has right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained. Client have right to visit any project/projects referred in the company profile.
