Sealed tenders based on item rates/percentage above or below on approved estimated (DN1T) amount are hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the contrac-tors/firms enlisted/renewed with C&W Department for the current financial year in the field of Highway Works. 2 Tender documents can be obtained from the date of pub-lication of invitation to Bids in the News paper from any of the below mentioned offices on written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment/up to date renewal letter, PEC License, Identity Card of con-tractors/Managing Partner/Director of the firm along with registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque of any schedule Banks. i Chief Engineer (North) Punjab Highway Department Lahore. ii Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore. iii Superintending Engineer Provincial Highway Circle Lahore. iv District Coordination Officer Lahore. v Executive Engineer Provincial Highway Division Lahore. vi Assistant Commissioner Lahore. 3 Tender rates and amounts should be tilled in figures as well as in words. Tenders should be signed as per gen-eral directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tender rates will be acceptable. 4 Tenders will be received in the office of the Chief Engineer (North) Punjab Highway Department Lahore and Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore and will be opened simultaneously on fix date and time by the respective tender opening committee at the above ven-ues in the presence of intending contractors or their rep-resentatives who opt to be present. 5 Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money at 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque of any schedule Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firm will not be entertained. 6 The Superintending Engineer reserves the right of rejecting any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
