Power Department has planned. to Start mini / micro hydel power 'generation projects in Malakand & Hazara divisions under a comprehensive strategy fOr poverty alleviation and energy needs of the province.
PHYDO is looking to select contracting firm / organization to carry out construction of Mini & :Micro Hydel stations acrOSs tile 1VIalakand & Hama divisions. 3. The contracting firm / organization must have: 'Experienctin- community based construction and management of mini and micro hydel power projects. Strong Community institutional network & linkages in the project area and Should aka have experience of operating Mini / Micro hydro - power projects as social ,enterprise for community development.: In this regard list of similar works.to be attached with the bidding documents. c): Adequate experience in preparation, scrutiny and construction of the community based mini and micro hydel projects. d) Well Conversant with detailed -technical and commercial aspeets of similar projects. Well conversant 'with. all legal and regulatory aspects of similar projectsand applicant must. have :a high. organizational profile. 4. Mini and micro hydel project sites have been distributed district wise in packages. Contracting firm / organization can apply for any number of districts to construct MHPs. 5. Proposals are:invited from the contracting -firm / organization for tarrying out construction of Mini and mitre bye projects in the .Malakand & Hamra divisions. Interested parties tan. Collect the bidding documents, from the office of the undersigned on submission of payment @ Rs. 20,00*. Last date- for -issuance of bidding :documents is January 31., 2014 and after this date no documents will be issued'.
