PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE (Second Advertisement) 

(imernment Printing anti Stationery Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar intends to up-grade and enhance its capacity of doing printing work.

For this purpose this department wants to purchase and install new modem automatic colour printing machinery along with accessories. The proposed ncw machinery includes the following. CATEGORY-A I. TWO colour heavy duty Offset Printing Machine 5000 1PH(minirnum) (imported) Size 23X36" (Minimum) Automatic (2 Nos) 2. Single Colour Offset Printing Machine (Imported) 5000 IPH(minimum) site 23X36"(Minimum) Automatic (4 Nos) 3. Modem Plate making /Pre-Printing with equipments/CTPetc (30 plates P.H) (minimum) Automatic (I No). 4. High Speed Paper Cutting Machine (Full Size) (hnported) 5. Book Sewing Machine 200 books per hour(minimum) (Automatic) ( I No) 6. Folding Machine (Size 23X36"), 600 books per hour (Automatic) (2Nos) CATEGORY-13 I. Dye Cutting Machine, Size 22X28" 1000 sheets per hour(minimum) Automatic (I No) 2. Lamination Machine Size 40%1000 sheets per hour (minimum) (Manual) (I No). 3. Perfect gum binding Machine 50mm 600 books per hour (AutomaticX2 Nos) 4. Knife Sharpener Machine (Pak made) (Automatic) (2 Nos) 5. Perforating Machine (Pak made). (I No) 6. Lifting Trolley (Palc made). (4 Nos) CATEGORY-C I Installation of CC TV Cameras. 2. Power Factor 300 KVA (Siemens Germany) (1 No). Contractors/suppliers will be responsible to supply and install above mentioned new machinery in this Department, with maximum warranty period not less than one year. The requisite items need to be installed by the supplier at the designated point, within a maximum period of five months from the date of issuance of work order to the successful bidder. Moreover the supplier/contractor shall also be responsible to provide one year training on the new machines to the Technical staff of Printing and Stationery Department. Sealed applications for pre-qualification are invited from well reputed firms/suppliers/contractors having previous experience in this field. The Entities financially sound registered sales tax, income tax are encouraged to apply. Pre-qualification Forms and other detailed terms and conditions for the purpose can be obtained front this Department on any worlcing day during office hours on payment of Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundab)e). These applications should rcach this office 000e before 065h February, 2014 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11.00 AM in the office of Controller, Government Printing & Stationery Department Peshawar in presence of Contractors/Suppliers/Distributors or Firms representatives. The contractors/Suppliers with demonstrated past experience will be short listed.
