Subject: FINAL SHOW CAUSE NOTICE Whereas, you, Mr. Dr. Ameet Kumar, Planning Officer, (BS-17) Health Section, P&D Department Govt. of Sindh, was served with a Show Cause Notice under Section-3 of the iRemoval from Service (Special Powers) Sindh Ordinance 2000 and (Amendment) Ordinance 20011 bearing No. SO(ADMN-I)(P&D)4(71)/11, dated 21-04-2013. 2. Whereas, Show Cause Notice was got received at your home address though T.C.S. and a copy of the same was also served through your Cousin. 3. Whereas, you failed to submit you reply to the said Show Cause Notice within stipulated time. 4. Now therefore, I, Minister Incharge Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh and Competent Authority, have decided to call upon you, Dr. Ameet Kumar, Planning Officer (BS-17), Health P&D Deptt, Karachi, to finally Show Cause as to why all of the penalties as prescribed under Section-3 of the R.S.O. 2000, should not be imposed upon you under the relevant rules. 5. Your reply should reach to the undersigned within fourteen (14) days of the issue of this Notice, failing which it shall be presumed that you have nothing to say in your defence, thus accepting your guilt and an exparte decision as deemed fit, shall be taken against you under the relevant rules. 6. You may also indicate whether you would like to be heard in person.
