The Tender documents can be purchased from the office of District Manager (TEVTA), Lahore by subrnitting an application on company letterhead along with copy of NTN certificate of the company during office hours on payment of tender cost of Rs. SON- (Non Refundable). 3. Bids may be subrnitted up to the time & dates mentioned above, which will be opened on the same day at given time in the office of District Manager (TEVTA), Lahore in the presence of bidders or their representatives. S. The earnest money (2 % of Quoted Price) must be deposited with Tender in shape of CDR/DO/PO/Banker's Cheques from any schedule Bank in favour of the District Manager TEVTA (Lahore). S. The Convener (District Manager TEVTA, Lahore) / Committee reserves rights to reject tender/ bid after assigning the reason or if contractor violates the PPRA Rules or terms and conditions laid down in tender document. 6.
