Sealed Tenders are invited for the Supply of the Following Item from Pr-qualified/ Registered Firms with DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOsIPEPCO as per INAPDAIPEPCO Drawing/Specifications (amended to date) without any element of foreign exchange and for free delivery at Regional Store GEPCO3132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. The firm participating in the tender must have valid prototype approval from C.E (D&S) NTDC, Lahore. The tender will be received up to half an hour before opening and will be opened in public on date and time mentioned against each.

1. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned after payment of Rs. 1,0001-tender (Non-refundable) up to a day before tender opening date. 2. The tender shall remain open for acceptance for 120 days from the tender opening date and must accompany Bid Guarantee/CDR not less than 2% of the total quoted quantity valid for 150 days issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan on specified Performa along with Sales Tax Registration Certificate, 3. Conditional tender or tender without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. 4. GEPCO reserves all rights to reject any/all tenders. 5. Quantity can be increased/decreased up to 50%. 6.
