1. Fauji Foundation Head Office intends to purchase 43 x Generator Sets (12 KVA Qty 11,9 KVA Qty 25 & 5 KVA Qty 7) and 129 x UPS 5 KVA with Long Backup (2 — 3 hours) for Fauji Foundation Schools/Colleges boated at various places on FOR basis as per terms/conditions and specifications given on Fatty Foundation Website www.fauji.org.ok. The prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes. 2. Two sealed quotations (technical & commercial) in separate envelopes must reach this office by 1100 hours on 10 February 2014, which will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours, in the presence of fees representative (if available) and board designated by Fail) Foundation. Quotations received late will not be entertained. 3. Firms registered & not registered with Fauji Foundation are requested to participate. However, for award of contract, non registered firrns have to apply and get registered as per registration form given on website (for detail instructions, please see serial 15 and 16 of Notes of IT).
