'" General Store (Size: 20 x 16) " Laundry/ Dry Cleaning Shop (Size: 18 x 12) Boutique (Size: 18o 12) Tailor Shop (Size: 18o 12) Tenses & Conditions 1. The parties will have to detail female staff to provide the services. Male staff can only be detailed vvith the prior permission of the Administration. The person concerned will be responsible for the good conduct of the staff. 2. The University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any bidder who submitted a bid or proposal, the ground for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 3. Detailed terms Et conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on provision of demand draft! pay order of Rs. 500/- in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University during office hours (0800 hrs to 1600 his) except Saturdays and Sundays. 4. Tender bids must accompany a demand draft/ pay order of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) as processing fsole favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall Rawalpindi. 5. Pre-bid meeting willbeheld at 1100 hours on 27th January 2014.
Interested parties may drop their bids in the Tender Box placed in the office of the Undersigned latest by 1100 hours on 31st January 2014. The bids WIl be opened on the same day at 1130 HOW'S.
