CABINET DIVISION ADMISSION
IN 1st YEAR MBBS AGAINST 07 SEATS IN FATIMA JINNAH MEDICAL COLLEGE LAHORE RESERVED FOR THE REAL DAUGHTERS OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SERVING CIVIL SERVANT FOR SESSION 2013-2014.
1. Applications are invited from the female candidates for seven seats (04 for BS-1 to BS-15 and 03 for BS-16 and above) reserved for the real daughters of federal government serving civil servants for admission in 1st Year MBBS in Fatima Jinnah Medical College, Lahore for the Session 2013-2014, who have not been selected on open merit in any Medical College. 2. Application on the prescribed Form alongwith the following attested documents, duly certified by and routed through the competent authority of the respective controlling Ministry / Division must reach the National Testing Service House No 96, Street No. 04, Sector H-811 Islamabad not later than 15.01.2014.
i) Matric, F.Sc Certificates and Detailed Marks Sheets. ii) Copy of Admit Card to Entry test / Entry Test Result Card of respective province. iii) Two Passport Size Photographs (Name in block letters at the reverse of photograph). iv) Attested copies of last three months pay slips of parent issued from AGPR. 3. The Entry Test will be arranged by the National Testing Services (NTS) on 25.01.2014. Time and venue to be communicated later on by NTS. Application Form can be downloaded from the websites of NTS www.nts.org.pk and Cabinet Division www.cabinet.gov.pk. 4. Application received after closing date or incomplete applications will not be entertained. Note: I. The daughters of employees of Autonomous Bodies / Semi Autonomous Bodies/ Corporations and Armed Forces Departments/ Organization, not included in Schedules I & II of the Rules of Business, 1973 and who do not fulfill definition of Civil Servants as defined in the Civil Servants Act, 1973, are not eligible for admission against these seats. ii. Entry Test fee is Rs.800/-. Challan Form of Entry Test fee is available on the website of NTS www.nts.org.pk.
