Qualification 1. List of two similar assignments under taken over last 3 years. 2. Details of equipments, machineries and transport owned by firrn/contractor 3. Financial Statement (Summary) Income Tax returns for last 3 years. 4. List of litigation (if any) and nature of litigation. S. Affidavit that the firm has never been black listed. 6.
