Construction of approaches along Kapri Mori Sanjer Chang road. 4.1500 08830 3 Months The intended participants/contractors can purchase the separate set of tenders for any working day from appearance of the N.I.T in the Newspapers/Website on payment of tender fee of Rs. 3000/00 (Non-Refundable) up to 23-1.14 at 12.00 Noon and same will be received back & opened on 28-1-2014 at 3.00 pm in the presence of tender opening/evaluat. commit. & bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present. Eligibility condition for intending participants are as under:- 0 Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant field of specialization of work and to the extent of tender amount of each work. ii) Bio data of Engineers and Technical staff working with the firm. iii) Documentary evidence of works of executed/works in progress and certificate of satisfactory completion of works by the employers. iv) List of works in progress indicating cost of each work and copy of letter of award of work. v) List of Machinery and equipment available with documentary evidence of its ownership certificate of Bank showing credit worthiness along with Bank staternent. vi) Non conditional or Telegraphs Tender will be entertained. No Tender without Bid Security will be considered. viii) In case the Tenders remain un-responded on above mentioned date the same will be again issued and opened in the presence of the committee on the following date on same terms & conditions. Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN Certificates) and copy of N.I.C. Under Taking on Affidavit that firm is not involved in any litigation or abandoned any work in the department. The bidciers should submit Bid Security as shown against each work in shape of call deposit prepared from the scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned. Affidavit to the effect that the Firm/Contractor have not been black listed previously by any executing agency. Affidavit with effect that all documents/particulars/information fumished are true & correct. In case of fin, fist of partners/partnership Deed, giving full particulars of Director/Proprietors or others connected along with Power of Attorney. In case of being sole proprietor such undertaking on affidavit be furnished. In case of works costing below Rs. 2.500 (M) the conditions at S. No. 2 will not be applicable.
