POSITION VACANT
1. The Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh intends to recruit Project Director, for Public Private Partnership Node (PPP Node), having strong leadership and management experience to lead an organization and to effectively deliver its mandate in support of PPP Node from open market. The main objectives are as under: i. Lead the process designing PPP Node Project proposals according to the law and best national and international practices and manage all PPP projects. ii. Coordinate between Finance Department, PPP Unit-FD. lenders and other Government of Sindh agencies to design and execute efficient PPP Projects. iii. Oversee the work and provide guidance to Transaction / Financial Advisors, Legal Experts and other staff of PPP Node-ELD. 2. The ideal candidate shall have: a. A minimum of 10 years experience in education sector. b. Masters Degree in Education or similarly relevant Master Degree. c. Minimum 05 years experience in design and implementation of PPPs. d. High competency in spoken and written English. 3. Desirable: • Post-Graduate degree from a foreign reputable university. • Experience of working with bi-lateral and multi-lateral foreign agencies. • Experience of working with public sector. • Age 35 to 60 years. 4.
