District Officer Buildings Hafizabad Short Tender Notice

SHORT TENDER NOTIC
Sealed tenders based on item/ market rates standardized by the Finance Department, are hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the contractors/firms enlisted/renewed for the year 2013-14 with C&W Department/ Executive District Officer (W&S) Hafizabad in the field of Buildings works. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment/renewal fee receipt, PEC License, authority letter of contractor/firm, Identity Card of contractor/ managing partner of the firm along with registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed ten-der fee in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/ Pay Order of any scheduled bank during office hours. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general di-rections given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Tenders will be re-ceived in the office of the undersigned up to 12:30 PM on the date of opening of tenders and will be opened immediately thereafter by the District Tender Board in the presence of intending contractors or their au-thorized representatives. Conditional tenders & tenders without earnest money in shape of deposit at call receipt from scheduled bank will not be entertained. In case rates quoted by the lowest tenderer are more than 5% below the estimated cost, an amount equal to this difference will have to be deposited within 15 days after receipt of tender; otherwise the earnest money will be forfeited to Government. The undersigned shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof:
