1. DHA Suffa University (DSU) intends to hire a firm for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration maintenance works etc., registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, having at least 10 years of experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration works. 2. DSU invites sealed bids on the basis of "Single Stage" procedure for Annual Rate Running Contract for the required deliverables. 3. Detailed RFQ including Scope of Work, BoQs, Terms & Conditions and Payment Mode can be obtained on submission of a written application in the office of the undersigned w.e.f. Jan 29, 2014 on payment of Fee of Rs. 5001- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) (non-refundable), in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft payable to "DHASuffa University". 4. Sealed Envelopes containing the Quotations on prescribed form, duly filled in all respect, must reach office of the undersigned by 3:00 pm on Feb 13, 2014. Bids will be opened on the same date at 3:30 pm in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. 5. DSU reserves the right to accept/reject any bid according to SPPRA rules.
