Job Opportunity
We are looldng for suitably qualified individuals for two positions; Business Development &Communication (13D&C) Manager Business Development and Communication Manager will be responsible for identifying Donor resources, raising funds, making presentations and writing proposals. The manager. be directly responsible for identifying and negotiating new opportunities for partnerships that strengthen DIL's funding base. As part of the Business Strategy the manager will also develop a comprehensive Communication and advocacy strategy aim. at inaeasing and enhancing DIL's profile in Pakistan. Minimum requirement is MA in Development Studies / Social Sciences/PR; 5-7 years Media, Communication, or Advocacy experience, with at least 4 years management experience. Master Trainer - Principal The position will be directly responsible for needs analysis, developing course content, field testing and implementing the course curriculum for strengthening leadership of rural school principals. The MT will plan and conduct and oversee all trainings under the supervision of the fraining director.Applying performance based assessment to track the progress made by leamers. Submitting quartedy reports on trainings, status and progress. Developing and managing annual training and curriculum budget. Field Visit 50, time. Minimum requirement are MA in education; 3-5 year experience as head of a school; 2-5 years relevant experience in education or development sector.
