SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited on the basis of (MRS) Standardized Schedule from the approved contactors of Irrigation Department who have deposited theii enlistment / renewal fee for the current Financial year 203-14 with the Department. The tender will be receNed and opened on 06.02.2014 at 13:00 hours in the office of the undersigned in the presence of the contractors or their authorized agents who will attend. CONDITIONS 1. The contractors shall give complete and correct postal address on face of the tender form. 2. Earnest money in shape of Deposit call of any scheduled bank @ 2% of estimated cost will be accepted. In the absence of which no tender will be issued/entertained. Deposit cails of non-scheduled banks will not be accepted. 3. Tenders will be issued only to those contractors who will produce the enlistment/renewal certificate. 4. Tender documents can be obtained by intending bodes during the office hours on payment of the prescribed tender fee which will be non-refundable. 5. The form/document will be issued on 04.02.2014 during office hours and no tender will be issued on the date of receipt of tenders. Tenders got issued from any other Division will not be acceptable. Tenders issued from the office of the undersigned will only be acceptable. 6. Attested copy of power of attorney must be attached with the tenders, in case of Firm or Company. 7. Schedule of quantities, Specifications, Drawings and other conditions etc. can be seen during office hours in the office of the under signed on any working day before 04.02.2014. 8. Defective, conditional, postal & over written tenders will not be accepted. 9. The acceptance of tender rates rests on the competent authority who reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning .any reason. 10. The quantities and items of works may be decreased or increased according to actual site conditions/requirements. 11. The lowest bidders whose bid will be !ens by more than 5% of the estimated cost of the work, will have to deposit the difference in cash as an additional performance security which will be returned on successful completion of the contract. 12. Failure to deposit the difference within1 clay after opening the tenders will result into forfeiture of earnest r ioney with°ut further notice. His tender will be rejected end full amount upto the risk of contractor will be liable for recovery at source. . 13. Acceptance letter will be issued on the avaiiability of funds. 14. Payments will be rnude subject to the availabi!ity of fonds. 15. The time limit for completion of all this we! ts is 45.days after i$suance of acceptance letter. 16. All other conditions will be according to the contract agreements. 17. Failing to compliance any of the above conditions will be liable to rejection of the tender. 18. If due teeny reason these tenders are not opened on 06-02-2014 then the tenders will be opened on 07-02-2014 at 13:00 hours in the office time.
