Bids are invited from the constructors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category mentioned against the package below for the work in earthquake affected areas of dishict Abbottabad. Scheme: Reconstruction / Rehabilitation of Education Facility in Earthquake Affected Area of District Mansehra (Government Middle School Gull Bagh).

The bid documents can be obtained from NESPAK Project Office, Third Floor Sector G-5/2, Islamabad (Ph: 051-2874018, 2874021, Fax: 051-2820144) during office working hours on submission of a written application and up on payment of a non-refundable cost of bid documents Rs..2,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favour of MIS NESPAK (Pvt) Ltd. 2. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned above in PAK RUPEES, in the form of Deposit at Call or Bank. Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in the favor of Employer are acceptable only. 3. Bids Should be delivered at or before 1200 hours on 28th January 2014 on the following address: ROOM No 530, Block V, ERRA Headquarters Murree Road, Opp: Margalla Town, Islamabad Phone: 051-9030993 4. Bids will be opened at 1230 hours by the bid opening committee on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. 5. "Instructions to Bidder" must be carefully read and followed by the bidder as mentioned in Volume-I of the Bidding Documents. 6. Conditional, incomplete and bids filled with pencil are not acceptable. The NTT is considered as addendum to Clause :113 15.2 as OT Clause IB 9.1 & lB 15.3 and Bidding data of Volume-1 of Bidding Documents. 7. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 23rd 'January 2014 at 1100 hours on the above mentioned address. 8. The bidder must provide three photocopies of the BE.O.Q along with the original B.O.Q. 9. Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable Bid Security shall be rejected by the employer and considered as non responsive. 10.
