Cancellation/ Withdrawal of "in Principle" Approval of Layout Plan National Assembly Secretariat Employees Housing Scheme, Zone-5, Islamabad, It is notified for the information of all concern that M/s National Assembly Secretariat Employees Co-operative Housing Society, sponsors of National Assembly Secretariat employees Housing Scheme, has failed to fulfill the terms and conditions, complete the pre-requisites and submit remaining documents/ plans associated with "in principle" approval of Layout Plan of their scheme, due to which formal approval of LOP could not be issued. Therefore, it has been decided to cancel/withdraw "in prinicple" approval of Layout Plan of the scheme granted by CDAon 23-04-2012, with immediate effect. General public is cautioned/warned in their own interest to refrain from making any booking/purchase of plots in this un-authorized scheme. Further, the sponsors of the project are directed to refrain from advertisement/marketing/booking/sale of plots and development of this illegal scheme.
