2. A Firm/ joint venture will be selected for the service under Quality cum-Cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure/criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents
3. You are invited to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (One Original one Copy) and a financial Proposal (One Original Two Copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TOR'S) latest by 30-01-2014 till 12:00 Noon.
4. RFP document/TOR are available in the office of the undersigned and shall be obtained on any working day during office hours at least Seven days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs.5000/- (Non-refundable).
5. Before submission of request for proposal pre proposal a pre bid meeting shall be held in the office of Executive Engineer C&W Division Kohat on 23/1/2014.
