Rill name & address of the contractors 1 firms. 2 The application shall -accOrtipany the following docuMents:-. i)- Earnest money in the shape of call deposit (in original). ii) Enlistment Certificate of C&W Department PK Renewal of:registration for CFY (attested photocopy). iii) National Identity Card (attested photocopy). iv) Pakistan Engineering council (PBC) reg-istration in relevant categOry and specialty valid up to the last.date of the calendar year (attested ph. OtOcOpy 3.: For the specific/specialized job only those contractors / firms / companies should apply who have carried out projects of such magnitude in the last 5 years and also. have similar works in hand. 4. Details of requited T&P Machinery available with cOntrador. 5. The / firms shall also provide the Registration of Pakistan Engineering Council renewed up to 31-12-2013 and engineering staff with them. 6. Financial status, bank balance, certificate from scheduled banks for the last 03 years shall be provided withthe applications. 7. Application incomplete / conditional Or received through telegraph shall not be accepted. 8. Theincorne tax certificate from department showing tax payment regarding Work/project executed during the last 5 years. 9.: A certificate that there is no dispute with the department (litigation/arbitration) on left over / incomplete jobs should also be provided with applications. FO. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without any reason. II, Any other information can be obtained from the -OffiS of-the undersigned on any working day during office hours. 19. If die contractors / firms :supply incorrect information -/ documents, the defaulters shall be recommended to the higher authorities for disqualification and black listing. 13. The financial bid of technically qualified bidder will be opened by the competent authority 14. The bidder who offers bid 10% below the tender price will deposit g% additional security in shape of call deposit in the name of Executive Engineer within three days of the Opening of bids. In case of failure in depositing the additional sum by the due date, the 2% earnest money already deposited by him will be forfeited in favour of government & the 2nd lowest bidder & so on will be asked to deposit additional security and the defaulting bidder will be recommended for black listing in addition to the forfeiture of his earnest money. 15. Sealed bids sent through registered mail/ coUrier shoUld reach upto 12:00 noon on 06-02-2013 which will be opened at 12:30 p.m on the same clay in presence of-a11 participants. The delay in delivery of the- tender documents will be the responsibility of the bidder.
